Terms of Service

By accessing or using devonstankit.com and any services offered by Devonstank IT Services Private Limited (“Devonstank”, “we”, “our”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

1. Services

We offer software, cloud and AI engineering services, including custom development, SaaS products, AI conversations and WhatsApp messaging platforms, affiliate / MLM platforms, and a paid remote internship certificate program. Specific scope, deliverables and timelines are agreed in writing for each engagement.

2. Acceptable use

  • Do not use our site or services for unlawful, harmful or abusive purposes.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or breach the security of our systems.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or use stolen payment methods.

3. Intellectual property

All site content (text, graphics, logos, code) is owned by Devonstank or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Project deliverables are governed by the specific contract for that engagement — ownership is typically transferred to the client on full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments & refunds

  • Fees, milestones and payment terms are set out in each engagement contract or invoice.
  • Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
  • The internship certificate program is a paid program; fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it without consent, except as required by law. Mutual NDAs are signed where appropriate.

6. Third-party services

Our work may involve third-party platforms (cloud providers, model APIs, payment rails, etc.). Their availability and terms are governed by those providers; we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

7. Disclaimers

The site and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or specific business outcomes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devonstank’s total liability arising from your use of the site or services is limited to the fees actually paid to us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services for breach of these Terms. Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the relevant contract.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
